    Ee vaka doshangalaal-veenu pokaruthaarum
     
  5. Sarvva vishudhiyodum-nirmmala bhakthiyodum
    Urvviyil vaasam cheyyum-than priyare cherkkum thaan
     
  6. En priyanenikkullon-njaanavanullavanum
    Than thiru savidhama-nennennumen pramodam
     
  7. Njaanithaa varunnennu-thaanuracheythathinaal
    Amen yeshu karthaave! vannaalumennu chollaam
                                                                                       

Meaning:

1
My Beloved is coming soon; He will not delay.
His promise will never change;
He will come quickly to gather us to Himself.

He may come at any moment,
Appearing in the clouds.
So let us prepare ourselves
For the coming of our Lord.

Put away all spiritual laziness;
Let us be eager and alert in spirit,
Waiting patiently and faithfully
For the coming of our King.

Do not let anyone fall
Because of the desires of the eyes,
The desires of the flesh,
Or the pride of life.

With complete holiness
And sincere devotion,
He will gather to Himself
Those who belong to Him
And live faithfully on this earth.

My Beloved is mine, and I belong to Him.
My everlasting joy
Is to remain continually
In His holy presence.

Because He Himself has said,
“I am coming soon,”
Let us all say:
“Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!”
