          Innum ennum onnupole kaathidum vibho!
          Nee nallavan- nee vallabhan enneshuve- en rakshaka

1. Marthyaraam sakhaakkal evarum pirinjupom
   Mruthyuvinte naalathil pirinjidaathe nee
   Nithyavum nadathidunna snehamorthu njaan
   Kristhunaayaka ninakku paadidunnithaa-
    
2. Paaridam kulungiyaakave maranjidum
   Neravum kulungidaathe ninte maaridam
   Charidaan orukkidunna nalla naayakan
   Maaridaatha snehithan neeyonnu maathrame-
    
3. Nalla paalakan enikkinn ullathaalini
   Allalilla thellume neeyethra vallabhan!
   Allilum pakalilum nadathidaamidam
   Cholliya nin vaakkenikk angundinn-aashrayam-

Meaning:

My Lord and Giver of Life, my Jesus!
You watch over me today and forever,
always the same faithful Lord.
You are good, You are mighty—
Jesus, my Savior!

All my human friends and companions
will one day leave me,
and on the day of death, they will be gone.
But You will never leave me.
Remembering Your everlasting love
that continually leads me,
I sing my praise to You,
Christ my Lord.

Even when the whole world shakes
and everything around me seems to disappear,
You remain unshaken.
You, my good Lord, prepare a place for me
to rest close to Your heart.
You alone are the Friend

How mighty and faithful You are!
