          En manam puthugeetham paadi
          Vaazhthipukazhthidume Unnathaneshuvine
           Nithyajeevan enikkarulaanavan thirujeevane thannallo

    Shokam kalaraathor aanandavum
    Anudinavum aruliyenne anugrahikku nnavanatbhuthamaay
    Anugamikkunnu njaaninnavane-
     
  3. Paaridamathil pala shodhanakal neridukilum bhayamillenikku
    Chaaridum njaan anpezhum than
    Maaridamathil abhayam thirayum
    Maaridumen manakleshamellaam
     
  4. Nalla poraattam poraadidum njaan
    Mumbilottam thikachidum njaan
    Vishwaasathe kaathidume-nnaashwaasa naattil njaanethidume
    Darshikkum eshuvin ponmukham njaan-                                                                              

Meaning:

My heart will sing a new song
and praise and glorify exalted Jesus.
He has given me eternal life;
He gave me His own precious life for me—
yes, He gave His very life for me.

I will remember all His goodness
and continually sing from my heart.
He poured out His endless grace upon me,
broke my chains, redeemed me,
and made me His own—
a child of God.

He has given me a peace
that the world cannot give,
and a joy untouched by sorrow.
Day after day He blesses me
in wonderful ways,
and I follow Him today.

Even though I face many trials
in this world, I have no fear.
I will always draw near to Him
and seek refuge close to His heart.
There, all the troubles and anguish of my heart
will finally be lifted away.

I will fight the good fight
and finish the race set before me.
I will keep my faith
until I reach the land of comfort and rest.
And there, I will behold
the glorious face of Jesus.
