O good Jehovah, my strength,
I love You.

The Lord is my rock and my fortress,
My Savior and my God.
He is my rock, my shield,
My strong tower and my refuge.

O Lord, You are worthy of all praise—hear my cry.
Deliver me from my enemies.
When I am overwhelmed by the cords of death
And my soul is filled with sorrow,
Protect me and keep me safe.

You are the One who rides upon the cherubim
And moves swiftly upon the wings of the wind.
From on high, You reached down Your hand
And rescued me;
You pulled me out of the raging waters.

You are my Good Shepherd,
Who delivers me from the hands of my powerful enemies
