Day by day, day by day,
praise Jesus, child of God!
Praise Him every day
with songs of worship.

O blood of Calvary,
the precious blood of Jesus!
At Calvary, Jesus shed His own blood
to take away our sin and its curse.
His blood has brought us freedom and forgiveness.

He bore our sickness and carried our sins.
On Mount Calvary, He stretched out
His hands and feet on the cross.
Come and surrender yourself
at the feet of Jesus,
the One who saves.

3.
How comforting the presence of Jesus is to me!
He takes away my troubles
and brings healing to my sickness.
By faith, surrender yourself completely
to Jesus.

4.
I will continually rest
close to the heart of my Jesus.
He is good and mighty;
Jesus is so wonderful!
My precious Jesus,
how very good He is to me!

5.
Life in the Spirit is a life of joy.
Be filled with the Holy Spirit;
this is the river of joy.
Come and drink deeply from it,
for Jesus is coming soon.
