O Divine Lord, leader of the divine people,
Giver of blessedness and eternal life,
I have no other way but Your holy feet,
my guide and my refuge.

I suffered greatly, having fallen under the power of wicked Satan,
and because of it I was deeply distressed.
But my beloved Lord, You rescued me from my suffering
according to Your gracious will.
Now I know with certainty that You have delivered me;
I am sure that Your grace has touched me.

O King, if You would give me life, 
and transform this earthly, mortal nature,
I would become truly blessed.
Then, together with the heavenly hosts,
we would praise You forever, O Lord,
with hearts overflowing with love and gratitude.
We will surely bless and praise You
through all eternity.
