Meaning:

O God, please have mercy on me
And watch over me each day.
In Your compassion, care for me
And always sustain me
When I am going through suffering.

When I fall down and weep in sorrow,
You lead me by Your right hand.
Your grace is always enough for me.

When I face hardships in this world,
Help me to do Your will.
When trials and testing increase around me,
Pour Your strength into me
So that I may endure faithfully.
