Meaning:

  1. Christ Jesus, Son of God, give us the Word of life;
    You who dwell among those who trust in You, lead Your servants in truth.
  2. You who blessed and multiplied the five loaves and two fish when You saw them,
    What we have is very little; Bless it all with Your gracious hands.
  3. Let the lifeless receive life, and let God’s people become strong in faith;
    Give us, Jesus, Your Word, and pour out Your grace through Your Spirit.
  4. Let the mysteries of God shine forth, and let everyone give thanks and worship;
    Remove all darkness and dimness, and make the truths shine like light.
  5. Give us freedom and holiness in the truth, eternal prosperity and wisdom,
    And every good virtue, O Jesus, guardian of the truth!
  6. Let comfort spread throughout Your presence, and let the fragrance of Your holy name
    Fill Your house; reign there, O King of glory!
