I am a child of God; I am with Jesus.
I live joyfully here on earth,
And my life is truly blessed.
My sorrows have passed away;
How blessed I am to live this way!

Whenever I am anxious,
He is there to hold me up.
So I have no reason to worry anymore.
He gives me a place of refuge
And comforts me with His loving heart and hands.

Even when the burdens along life's journey grow heavy,
I will not be afraid.
I will courageously keep my eyes on Jesus my Lord
And move forward,
Singing songs of joy.

Even when those closest to me abandon me,
He will never change;
He will continue to love me completely.
I want to spend all my days
Loving and serving such a wonderful Lord.

5.
I will soon see my beloved Jesus
When He comes in the clouds in His glory.
Then death, sorrow, and rejection will all be gone.
Oh, what joy!
I will live forever with Him.
