We who have received His mercy, let us praise Him;
Christ alone is worthy of our praise.
Let us glorify Him with songs
Of sweet and joyful melody.

His holy body was broken,
And He purchased us with the price of His blood.
People from every tribe, language, nation,
And people of every kind have been gathered together in Him.

He has freed us, His humble servants,
From our bondage to sin
And brought us into the glorious kingdom
Of His beloved Son, shining with wondrous light.

The heavenly beings and those seated upon the thrones
Fall down to worship and praise the Beloved.
They lay their crowns before Him,
Giving glory for the greatness of the salvation He has given.

“Worthy is the Lamb of God!”
This is the voice we hear in heaven.
O holy Church, let us praise Him
With a mighty voice, like the roar of rushing waters!
