1.
People of God, soldiers of Jesus,
Take up your weapons and go!
Christ, our Commander, is standing before us.
Do not be afraid at all—
Move forward!

In the heavenly kingdom, we will rest;
There is no time for rest
While we are here on earth.

2.
We must confront Satan, our enemy,
Who seeks to dominate and rule throughout the land of India.
Blow the trumpets and march around,
Just as Israel marched around Jericho;
Let its walls fall,
And let us gain the victory!

3.
Go into all the world
And proclaim the good news.
Our Lord has given us this final command:
The Commander has given His orders—
If we fail to carry them out,
What will we say on the day of judgment?

4.
When our friends laugh and call us foolish
And try to make us afraid to do God's work,
Let us keep our eyes on His kingdom
And His eternal righteousness.
Let us fight the good fight
And be willing to give our lives for Him.

5.
When our troubles are over
And we enter our heavenly home
To stand beside our beloved Lord,
Then, beneath the pure and glorious heavens,
All of us will shine brightly like the stars,
Radiant with His glory.
