In God I have found a fearless place of refuge;
I, a humble and needy one, have found
a peace and safety unlike anything else.

Under His wings,
my troubles have passed away,
and I live with great joy.
I will sing His praises
with the highest praise.

Because I am hidden safely under His shadow,
I am without fear, day or night.
Every fear has fled far away.

because my Lord is with me.

His broad and mighty wings
will cover and protect me.
