O Christ, Son of God! It is right and fitting that we praise You. You are the greatest in all the world, the Lord of all riches, and the ruler of righteousness. You were born on earth to fulfill the Law and the Scriptures. O Mediator! In Your great mercy, You fulfilled Your mission through the sacrifice of Your own body. You purchased the children of humanity with Your own blood for God.

O Friend and relative of the afflicted! Wisdom, power, honour, and thanksgiving belong to You forever. We proclaim that life belongs only to God, who sits upon the divine throne, and to Christ the Lamb. Though sorrow may come upon us from time to time, by Your grace our robes are washed in Your precious blood and made radiant. Therefore, with longing and joy, we will sit near the throne of God in His temple and worship Him. In the Father's house there will never be hunger, thirst, scorching heat, or any suffering. The Lord, who is the Lamb of God, will lovingly shepherd us and lead us beside the waters of life. The Father will wipe away every tear from our eyes. The word “Indweller” also carries the meanings of “Mediator” and “the One who dwells within the heart.” Both meanings are true of Christ.
