and come down to earth seeking me?
Why, my Beloved, did You love me
with such amazing, wondrous love?

So that I may dwell beautifully
with You, my Beloved, forever,
what immeasurable love You have poured out, O Lord!
It is beyond my ability even to comprehend or imagine.

I wandered through this world,
carrying the heavy burden of sin.
But You, Jesus, who are without sin,
took my burden of sin upon Yourself
and carried it away.

You have given me the privilege
of sitting at the table with You.
O King, grant me the grace
to sing Your praises
throughout my days on this earth.
