Daivam ee nalla daivam jeevithakaalamellaam
Kanmanipoleyenne kaathu nadathidunnu

  Urikkuvaan aavukilla
  Enkilum kaividaathenne daivam
  Sankadam theerthu nadathidunnu

2.Samhaara doothante vaalil ninnum
  Shathru than agni sharathil ninnum
  Maamaka praanane kaathu daivam
  Maaraathe muttum nadathidunnu

3.Theekkanal paarayil ninnu polum
  Thakkasamayathu vellamekum
  Annannu vendathaam manna thannum
  Mannithilenne pularthidunnu

4.Vaagdatha naattil chennethuvolam
  Vishramamillaathe vela cheythu
  Vishwaasam kaathu nallottamodi
  Vijaya kireedangal nedidum njaan

Meaning:

God, this good God, throughout all my life,
Has watched over me and led me like the apple of His eye.

I cannot even count or record
How many paths of tears I have traveled.
Yet God has never abandoned me;
He has removed my sorrow and continued to lead me.

From the sword of the destroying angel
And from the enemy’s fiery arrows,
God has protected my life
And faithfully watched over me without changing.

Even from a rock of flint, He can provide water at the right time.
Day by day, He gives me the bread I need
And faithfully sustains me here on earth.

Until I finally reach the Promised Land,
I will keep serving without resting.
I will keep the faith, finish the race well,
And receive the crown of victory.
