Meaning:
1.
O Lord, I long deeply to behold You;
O Lord, Your face—O Lord, Your face—
I yearn to gaze upon it until my heart is fully satisfied.

O Lord, I know not the time of Your coming;
When will You arrive? When will You appear?
Not knowing the hour, I keep watch and wait.
3.
At His coming, all the saints—the pure and holy ones—
Shall sing aloud, with shouts of great rejoicing,
To welcome the Beloved, the Source of all joy.

In an instant, all His saints who sleep in the silence of the earth
Shall rise at the sound of the trumpet—
