   Thannude peril vannathellaame munname arul cheythapol-
    
2. Bhakthi badhanmaar budhanmaar
   Ponnu kunthurukkavum moorumaay
   Kaazhchayarppichu sannamichavarunnatha sutheneshuve
   Vedanjaanikal baalaneshuvil kandu vedyavedaanthiye
   Amma kaanaavil chonnille sutha- nnaanja polellaam cheyyuvaan
    
3. Daivaputhranaam yeshu than thaatha
   Nennume priyamullavan
   Than mozhikelppaanallayo daivam unnathe ninnurathathum
   Thante vaakkinaal bhoothamodiye
   Vyaadiyokkeyadangiye
   Thannadikkadi vankadalthira panjipoleyamarnnaho!-
    
4. Alpamaayulla bhakshanam balanarppicheshuvin kailaay
   Thuptharaayi ayyaayiram janam pushtabhojanam bhakshiche
   Daivamaayavan thannorappamaay
   Dyovil ninnu thaan vannathaay
   Kaanuvorkkavan jeeva poopamaay
   Jeevan thannoru rakshakan-
    
5. Mruthyuvin pinup uyirthezhunnathi
   Shakthiyodihe vannonaay
   Kristuvenniye veraarumilla nithyamaam jeevanaanavan
   Vaanileriyon thaan varum vegam
   Than vrutharo than koodeyaay
   Jeevanil vaazhum khedamo pinne
   Yethume kaanukil ho!-

Meaning:

Jesus is exalted above all,
Worthy of the highest honor and worship.
With grateful hearts filled with love,
Let us praise Him with our voices.

The Son of God came from heaven,
Born of a virgin,
And laid in a manger
In a humble and difficult stable.
Just as the prophets had foretold,
He was born in Bethlehem,
And everything concerning His coming
Happened exactly as had been promised.

2.
The wise and faithful came and bowed before Him,
Offering gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
The wise men recognized in the infant Jesus
The One who is the fulfillment of God's wisdom.
Did not His mother Mary say at Cana,
“Do whatever He tells you”?
And everything happened according to His command.

3.
Jesus, the Son of God,
Was always beloved by His Father.
Was it not to hear His beloved Son's voice
That the Father spoke from heaven above?
At His word, demons fled
And every sickness was healed.
At His command, even the mighty waves of the sea
Became calm like a quiet pond.

4.
A young boy offered Jesus
The little food he had—
And five thousand people ate
Until they were completely satisfied.
The One who is God Himself
Came down from heaven as the Bread of Life.
To those who recognize Him,
He is the true Bread of Life,
The Savior who gives eternal life.

5.
After His death, He rose again
And came forth in mighty power.
There is no one like Christ Jesus;
He alone is eternal life.
He who ascended into heaven
Will soon return again,
And gather His faithful people to Himself.
Then, living forever in His presence,
We will never experience sorrow again!
