Meaning:

I will always bless and praise
My Lord who remembered me in my lowly state.

My tongue is not enough
To describe all that You have done for me.
Can I ever count all Your blessings?
I lift my hands with joy
And praise You a thousand times over!

When I was suffering from the sickness of sin
And was about to fall into the pit of destruction,
You reached out Your loving hand,
Rescued me,
And brought me into Your holy kingdom.

When I look back and remember
How I once lay helpless in the mud,
My life was filled with shame and misery.
But by Your unchanging grace,
You transformed my life completely.

Jesus, the Savior, came to seek sinners.
And now He is coming again
For those who belong to Him and are made holy.
The day of His return is very near.
Let us be filled with hope
As we eagerly await His coming.

O Mighty Lord, You poured Your love into my heart.
