Come, come near to Jesus,
Come with a repentant heart.

God will give you salvation
By grace, through faith.

Christ our Lord died on the cross
At Calvary, shedding His blood,
And then rose again.
The sentence of condemnation was removed,
And He proclaimed throughout the world
The way to eternal salvation.

2.
You who live in this world
Burdened by your sins, come to Him.
He will take away your burden of sin,
Remove every curse,
And give you the greatest blessing and joy.

3.
The pleasures of this world
Last only for a moment.
Apart from sorrow, what lasting gain do they offer?
But Christ gives eternal peace—
A sure and lasting gift,
Filled with true joy.

Come, come near to Jesus.
