The murderous cries of violent people,
And every form of cruel rule

In peace and love.

The deserts and wildernesses will blossom,
And the dry land will produce abundant fruit.
Water will flow everywhere
With showers of blessing,
When Jesus reigns upon the earth.

Those who were rejected and persecuted,
Those who suffered for Christ,
And those who gave their lives as martyrs
Will then wear crowns of gold.
