   Ninnodu chernniduvaan-kaanthaa! ennullam vaajnchikkunnu

Meaning:

O Jesus, Most High!
Pour out Your grace upon me each day.
In the midst of deep darkness,
Please guide my way.

1.
Though this wilderness of life
May become increasingly difficult,
You can turn adversity into blessing.
Even when I am weak,
You, my Lord, will always give me strength.

2.
Even if all those closest to me
Should turn away,
I still have Jesus, my Lord and Master.
Even when I am rejected and despised,
Your grace alone is enough for me
Here in this world.

3.
This world is a changing place,
And even the people around us may change.
But Jesus, the unchanging One,
Is always with me.
He never changes
And will remain by my side forever.

When will You come, my Lord?
I long for the day
When You will take away my sorrow
And bring me close to You.
