Yeshu ente rakshakan ethrayaanandam
          hante naamam vaanam bhuvilethra shrestamaam

1. Paapikale thedi yeshu paarithil vannu
   Paavana ninam chorinju paarithin mandhye
   Kandu daivasneham krooshil puthrane konnu
   Thanna raksha enthoraaschariyam mahaathbhutham!-
    
2. Mruthyuve thakarthuyarthezhunnu karthanum
   Marthyathackkaruthi vannu thannuirppinaal
   Mruthyuvinnadimayilirunnathaam janam
   Nithyamaam prakaashathal prashobhitharaayi-
    
3. Ithra shresta naayakan enikku karthanaam
   Thante shresta naamamente keerthanam sadaa
   Paarthalathil parathidunna kaalamathrayum
   Aarthiyoden naadhane vanangi vaazhthidum-
    
4. Pooki yeshu vaanaloke naadhan pakshathil
   Mevidunnaachaaryanaayi than janathinnaay
   Paramathinkal puramorukki arikilaakkuvaan
   Viravileshu vannidum thirujanathinnaay-

Meaning:

Jesus is my Savior—what great joy!
His name is exceedingly glorious,
Both in heaven and throughout the earth.

1.
Jesus came into this world
Seeking and saving sinners.
He shed His precious and holy blood
In the midst of the earth.
On the cross, we see the love of God—
God gave His own Son as a sacrifice.
What a wonderful salvation!
What a great miracle!

2.
Our Lord defeated death
And rose again in victory.
Through His resurrection,
He brought an end to the power of death
And gave humanity the hope of resurrection.
Those who had been held captive
Under the power of death
Have now been enlightened
By the light of eternal life.

3.
What a glorious Lord and Savior He is to me!
I will continually sing and proclaim
His excellent and precious name.
As long as I live here on earth,
I will eagerly bow before my Lord
And praise and worship Him.

4.
Jesus has gone into heaven
And now lives at the Father's side,
Serving as our Advocate and High Priest
On behalf of His people.
He has gone to prepare a place for us
In the heavenly dwelling,
And He will soon return
To take His redeemed people to be with Him.
