    Vyadayere valarukilum daiva krupa mathiyenikku-

    Pediyilla yeshu ente paalakanaay ullathinaal-

Meaning:

Jesus is my Shepherd!
Jesus is my Lord!
Jesus watches over me;
Jesus provides for me.

In the valley of deepest darkness,
He is with me as my companion.
In the fiery furnace of testing,
Jesus is there with me.

Even in the deepest waters,
He makes a way for me.
In times of danger,
He stands beside me.
He knows all my needs
And takes away my worries.

Even in anxiety and sickness,
I will sing my songs of praise.
Though my suffering may increase greatly,
The grace of God is enough for me.

Even when waves crash against
The boat of my life,
I will not be afraid,
Because Jesus is my Protector
And my Shepherd.
