How good is Jesus to me!
He has protected me from every trouble.
Even when I go through times of disappointment,
and even when I stumble and fall,
He is strong enough to support me and guide me.

He will always uphold His faithful people with His mighty hand.
He is my sure help in times of trouble
and my comfort in times of sorrow.

When my heart is troubled
and difficulties surround me,
I have one sure place of refuge.
Even if my loved ones and friends leave me,
the Most High will never change
and He will never abandon me.

He can make a pathway even through the sea;
He keeps trouble away from those who trust in Him.
No one who has taken refuge
at His divine feet has ever been left without help.

By His strength I will fight my battles;
with my eyes fixed on Him, I will continue my journey.
Receiving grace upon grace from Him,
I will spend my days serving Him
and walking in His presence.

When He comes with the angels of heaven
and calls me at that moment,
whether I have already been buried in the earth
or am still living here,
I will be gathered to Him
and brought into His presence in heaven.
