Jesus, my Savior, Lord of life,
My comfort and my helper,
His feet are my refuge;
So I have nothing to worry about.

When deep darkness covers the path of my life,
He comes as a light to guide me.
In the burning wilderness of life,
He stands over me like a refreshing cloud of shade.
Day after day, He leads me along the right path
And never abandons me.

2.
In times of trial,
My good Lord holds me up with His hands.
Even when brothers and loved ones turn away,
He remains my faithful and unchanging Friend.
He gives me everything I need each day
And faithfully sustains me.

3.
My hope is not in the wealth of this world
Nor in any human being.
My hope is in the God
Who created heaven and earth.
Forever I will rest
Under His precious, loving wings.

4.
When Jesus comes, my sorrows will end
And every tear will be wiped away.
My body will be transformed
To be like His,
And I will be with Him in heaven.
I live on this earth today with joy,
Counting the days until that glorious day.
