1.
Because Jesus has become my Lord and is on my side,
what joy I have while living in this world!
Oh, what happiness fills my heart
during all the days I live on earth!

Even when the world rejects those who belong to Jesus,
we can still have comfort because we are united with Him.
I am truly blessed.
Lord, keep me faithful and waiting
until I reach that blessed heavenly home.

the path that my Lord and Savior walked
