Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of my faith,
is my refuge throughout this journey of faith.

Even when burdens and troubles become heavy,
I have no need to be overwhelmed, for the Lord is with me.
He carries all my burdens
and leads me along a radiant path.

When my heart becomes anxious
and I am weighed down by heavy needs,
when I fall at His feet in desperation,
He takes away all my worries.

Even when my heart is broken,
I have the Lord as my comfort.
He takes away all my sorrows
and becomes everything I need.

He is powerful enough to turn
the pains and trials of this earthly life into something beautiful.
The Lord who Himself suffered pain
remains beside me and will never leave me.
