           Daivathin sarvvaayudha varggameduthu kolluvin-

1. Swathanthraraam namukkihathil kleshamerumenkilum
   Akattidum paraaparan santhaapamaake doorave
   Namukkavan karuthanaam sahodaran naam chaarave
    
2. Alasathayakatti vegam durddinathe ethiridaan
   Sarvvaayudham-aninjorungi nirannidaam sagarbhyare!
   Sarvvonnathan sadaa nammodu koodeyundu jayam tharaan
    
3. Sathyamaam-arakkettum salneethiyenna kavachavum
   Avikala prashaanthiyekum suvisheshavumenthuka
   Athinnorukkam kaalukalkku nallarakshayaakkuka
    
4. Dushtanaamaraathi nammil chorinjidum theeyambukal
   Keduthuvaaneduthu kol vishwaasa paricha sodaraa
   Rakshayaam shirasthravum-aatmaavin vaalumenthidaam
    
5. Pragalbharaay, prabudharaay, samyuktharaay nirannidam
   Vijaya padahadhwani muzhakki neengidaam ranaankane!
   Namukku por nadathidaam pithaavinnaay vishwasthare! dheerare!-

Meaning:

People of faith, let us awaken,
Prepare ourselves and stand together.
Take up the full armor of God
And put it on!

1.
Though we who are free
May face many hardships in this world,
The Almighty will drive our sorrows far away.
He is our strength,
And we are His children—
Let us always take refuge in Him.

2.
Let us cast off our laziness
And quickly prepare to face the evil days.
Clothed in the full armor of God,
Let us stand together, courageous and ready!
The Most High is always with us;
He will give us the victory.

3.
Put on the belt of truth
And the breastplate of righteousness.
Carry the Gospel of peace
That brings perfect peace.
Let readiness for the Gospel
Be like shoes upon your feet.

4.
The evil one will shoot
His fiery arrows at us.
Take up the shield of faith, brother,
To extinguish every one of them.
Let us also take the helmet of salvation
And the sword of the Spirit.

5.
Let us stand together—
Bold, awakened, and united.
Let us march onto the battlefield,
Sounding the trumpet of victory!
Let us fight the good fight
For our Father,
Faithful and courageous warriors!
