I have a heavenly home prepared for me,
Far beyond this earthly world, where I will live without sorrow 
God is there, the Son is there,
The Holy Spirit is there,
And the angels of God are there.

1.
When I leave this earthly dwelling, my temporary home,
It will be a great blessing to me.
I will quickly enter that heavenly home,
A house not made by human hands.

2.
On that day, the Lord Jesus
Will take me into His loving arms.
All the tears and sorrows I have endured for a little while
Will suddenly disappear,
Never to return.

3.
I will go and live in the kingdom of my Savior.
There will be no sickness, sorrow, or suffering;
There will be no thirst
And no hunger there at all.

4.
My heart longs to live in such a wonderful home.
Oh, when will I finally go and be there?
Once I arrive,
No trouble or danger will ever come to me again.

5.
The light and momentary troubles of this life
Are preparing for me an immeasurable glory.
It is a glory that cannot be seen with our eyes—
A wonderful blessing
Beyond everything visible in this world.
