Meaning:

I belong to Jesus my Master;
I will not be shaken in this world.
What joy, what supreme joy!
I will praise my Lord forever.

He makes me lie down in green pastures
and nourishes me beside quiet waters.
He refreshes my weary soul
and leads me along good paths of righteousness.

He leads me without fear
through the dark valley of this world.
Why should I grieve?
My beloved Lord is my comforter every day.

He prepares a rich feast for me
even in the presence of my enemies.
He anoints my head with oil,
and my cup overflows.
O Lord, full of compassion—Hallelujah!

By His grace, goodness and mercy
will follow me all my days.
I will enter the heavenly dwelling
and live there forever. Hallelujah!
