Meaning:

Let the radiance of Your holy face
drive away the darkness within me.
O God, ocean of mercy, I bow before You;
I lift up both my hands
and worship You.

1
O Lord, who showered such abundant mercy
to Mary when she anointed Your head
with fragrant perfume,
grant me Your blessing and grace today.

2
When I see the armies of my enemies,
I should not be overwhelmed with fear.
Open the eyes of my heart by Your abundant grace,
so that I may see You
standing beside me on every side.

3
O Great Teacher and Lord,
because I trust in Your name,
give me grace to endure every dark and difficult circumstance
that comes my way each day.
O Jesus, my Lord,
who died upon the cross!

4
When the night has passed
and the beautiful dawn begins to rise,
and again when the sun disappears,
let the remembrance of You
quietly fill my heart
throughout every moment.

5
If I leave You even for half a moment,
who else do I have near me?
O Son of Mary, let the sweet fragrance
of Your breath and presence
always strengthen my heart.

6
Grant me Your divine blessing
so that, until the day of my death,
I may serve Your holy feet,
take refuge in You,
and finally come to You
and be united with You forever.
