Meaning:

Salutations to You, Jesus our Lord!
Eternal praise and worship to You, Jesus our Lord!
We, Your humble servants, bow before You with thanksgiving
for the mercies You have poured upon us, Your lowly children.

1.
None of Your works will ever perish;
Your hand is mighty and powerful.
You will never cast away those who come near to You.
Your very life dwells within Your children
and sustains them.

2.
You are compassionate and merciful toward the weak.
O Lord, You are clearly known to those who worship You.
Your grace is evident;
You preserve and lead Your holy people
until they attain complete freedom and salvation.

3.
Keep us from falling,
and grant us the privilege of continually seeing Your face.
Preserve us in steadfastness in Your fellowship,
so that we may not be brought low,
and ultimately make us rulers with You
in the kingdom to come.
