Jesus, my glorious Savior,

And guilt of this wretched sinner,
Cleansing me with His precious blood.

At the cross, at the cross,
I saw the glorious light;
My burdens were lifted away.
There my eyes were opened to see,
And ever since that day,
I have rejoiced.

Jesus is my loving and faithful Friend;
With tender compassion,
He always gives me comfort
In all my troubles.

To see His loving face
Is the greatest joy for me.
His presence here on earth
Is like heaven to me, always.
