Jesus truly loved me;
He gave His life and saved me.
Today I am a child of God,
and the burden of my sin is gone!

At every moment, in every trouble,
He will support me and lead me.

He has rescued my eyes from tears,
my feet from falling,
and my soul from death.
He has redeemed me forever.

Even if my trials increase greatly,
even if I am troubled by suffering,
even if all my brothers and sisters abandon me,
I have nothing to fear or regret,
whatever may happen to me.

His words pour out beauty and grace,
and He gives me His sweet and nourishing provision.
He gives me milk and honey
without deceit or bitterness,
and my Lord will provide for me always.

I will serve at His holy feet,
meditate in His dwelling place,
and proclaim His goodness throughout this world.
I will remain here singing praises
to His holy name.
