Meaning:

I will praise, I will always praise,
I will praise Jesus, my Lord.
I will exalt, I will always exalt,
I will exalt the God of gods.

He lifted me from the mud of sin
And set me firmly on Christ, my Rock.
He gave me a brand-new song to sing—
I will praise my Lord for all He has done.

Even through the wilderness, He will lead me;
He will protect me with His merciful hands.
Even in the darkest places, He will be my faithful help.
With Him beside me, my burdens will be lifted.

As long as I live here on earth,
I will faithfully complete the work He has given me.
And when my journey finally ends,
I will come home and rest in the arms of my Beloved.
