Meaning:

I praise You and bless You with songs of thanksgiving,
O God who gave Your Son.
Though I was unworthy,
You made me worthy to belong to You.

Following the empty traditions passed down to me.
But You shed the blood of Your own Son
And made me Your own—what an amazing love!
