Meaning:

Praise Him, praise Him—Jesus our Lord!
Sing Hallelujah and praise Him!
Praise Jesus, the Lamb of God,
Who came as the Lord and Savior
To take away the sin of the world.

1.
He has eyes full of compassion.
He hears the cries of His people
With a tender and compassionate heart.
He took upon Himself the burden of the world's sin,
Carried the cross upon His shoulders,
And went to Golgotha
To bear it away.

2.
He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Come to Him, all who are weary.
He is the One who gives us the way
And brings comfort to our hearts.
He has removed the burden of sin,
And His grace pours into our hearts
Like rain and dew falling from heaven.
Let us sing His praises.

He is the Firstborn from the dead
And the King who reigns over
The kings of the earth.
He is the One who loved us
And washed us clean with His precious blood.
Let us remember and praise
This faithful and true Witness.

His feet shine like fine brass
Refined and glowing in a furnace.

This is the glorious Lamb of God.

And the sound of God's trumpet
