   Giri kaalvariyil vareyum-athi vedanakal sahichu-
    
2. Thiru jeevane aadukalkkaay-tharuvaan manass aayavanaay
   Oru nallidayan dayaye -karutheeduka naam hrudaye
    
3. Hithamaay avane thakarppaan- sutharaay narare ganippaan
   Pithru neethiyidam nadappaan-suthan vanniva aaswadippaan

Meaning:

Praise Jesus, the One whose name is greatly honored.
O all you children of God,
come with hearts filled with divine devotion.

1.
He came to this earth, beginning at Bethlehem,
and endured immense suffering
all the way to Mount Calvary.

2.
He was willing to give His precious life
for His sheep.
Let us remember in our hearts
the compassion and love of this Good Shepherd.

3.
He came to fulfill the Father's righteousness,
willing to be crushed and suffer
so that human beings could be counted as His children
and receive the blessing of salvation.

4.
He alone, throughout the whole universe,
is worthy to receive our praises and thanksgiving.
Therefore, all peoples and every nation, come and worship Him.
